About the Program

The Stanley Leadership Program (SLP) is a cross-functional rotational program. The objective is to provide associates the opportunity to experience several different roles within the various functions at Stanley. This challenging program consists of a minimum of three assignments. Each of these assignments allows partcipants to become familiar with how we do business.

SLP is a fast-track program designed to accelerate and facilitate the development of future leaders. The program offers invaluable experiences for associates seeking challenging development opportunities to jump-start their careers.

Program Requirements

Our SLP program is very selective. We are looking for individuals with outstanding academic performance and leadership experience. Applicants must be willing to relocate and be career-minded team players. It provides entry-level associates a very focused highly visible, fast-track career opportunity.
